Pilates is a whole-body exercise method created by Joseph Pilates more than 85 years ago. Suitable for all bodies in all stages of life, it is practiced on the mat or on spring-based resistance equipment such as the Reformer and Chair.
Pilates uses a combination of approximately 50 simple, repetitive exercises to create muscular exertion. Advocates of this system of exercise claim that exercises can be adapted to provide either gentle strength training for rehabilitation or a strenuous workout vigorous enough to challenge skilled athletes.

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle hands-on treatment that may provide relief from a variety of symptoms including headaches, neck pain and side effects of cancer treatment among many others. CST uses a light touch to examine membranes and movement of fluids in and around the central nervous system.
CST focuses on the gentle placement of hands to help release tension in your body’s connective tissue. This is known as fascia. Fascia is the Latin word for band. It’s a casing found throughout your body that holds your organs, glands, nerves, muscles, blood vessels, brain and spinal cord. The fascia forms a body-wide connective tissue network.
