“I have been so hard on my body, and with the GYROTONIC® system I am blessed to have been given a thoughtful, gentle way to work and move. It was the first time in years that I felt present and connected in my body, and I want to share that with people.”

Taking the time to learn about each person and how they came to be where they are at, she works to facilitate connection, empowering clients to find joy and freedom in movement.
