Shoshanah grew up in Lansing and holds a certification in Asian bodywork & massage therapy from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, Chicago. She returned to mid-Michigan in 2012 to live closer to family, continuing her studies to become a Registered Clinical Herbalist with the American Herbalists Guild. After years of chronic joint pain from an ankle injury, Shoshanah began her GYROTONIC® journey training with Allison Walacavage, and immediately fell in love with the system. She has been nonstop ever since, tackling her training with Allison, Master Trainer Donna Place, and Mia Munroe.

“I have been so hard on my body, and with the GYROTONIC® system I am blessed to have been given a thoughtful, gentle way to work and move. It was the first time in years that I felt present and connected in my body, and I want to share that with people.”

Shoshanah knows that a person is more than their shape, size, or condition. Taking the time to learn about each person and how they came to be where they are at, she works to facilitate connection, empowering clients to find joy and freedom in movement. In her free time Shoshanah is passionate about her puppy Bo, family, her garden, seeing the world, and helping clients to attain well, fun and full lives.
